Check your internet connection, close and reopen the app, and try again. If you connected your own AI provider, confirm the key is active and has available credit.
A photo won’t attach
Allow photo access in your iPhone Settings, then reopen ASK. Confirm the image is stored locally or available to download.
A conversation did not save
Confirm you used the save control and that the app remains installed. Restart ASK. and check your conversations again before deleting anything.
Purchase help
