1. Who we are
ASK. is provided by 7vn Designs LLC (“ASK.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the ASK. app, website, and related support services.
2. Information you provide
This may include questions, conversation content, photos you choose to attach, settings, support messages, and information needed to process your purchase. If you provide your own third-party AI API key, the app may store it securely on your device and use it to connect to that provider at your direction.
3. Information collected automatically
We may receive limited technical information such as device type, app version, diagnostic data, and basic usage events. Apple or other service providers may separately process purchase, crash, or distribution information under their own policies.
4. How information is used
- Provide and improve ASK.’s features.
- Process requests and generate responses.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations.
5. AI processing
Content you submit may be sent to an AI service to generate a response. When you connect your own provider key, that provider’s terms and privacy policy also apply. Do not submit information you do not want processed by an AI service.
6. Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help operate ASK., when you direct us to do so, to comply with law, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, subject to legal and operational requirements. You may delete conversations using available app controls. For other privacy requests, contact support.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device, accounts, and any API key you add.
9. Children
ASK. is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Your choices
You may choose what content to submit, remove an added API key, delete available conversation data, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. A revised effective date will be posted on this page.
