1. Agreement
By downloading, purchasing, or using SAY., you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Purchase and access
SAY. is offered for a one-time purchase price of $14.99, subject to App Store availability, taxes, regional pricing, and Apple’s purchase terms. This purchase is not a subscription. Refunds and billing are handled under the rules of the store where you purchased SAY.
3. What SAY. provides
SAY. provides text-based communication and language-training assistance designed to help users move from thought to language to expression. It may provide vocabulary, phrasing, structure, exercises, and guidance based on the text and context you provide.
4. Text-only experience
SAY. is designed without microphone input, speech recognition, AI voice output, or speech evaluation. Its purpose is to help you build language internally and express it in your own words.
5. Not professional advice
SAY. is an educational and communication-support tool. It is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency service, or other licensed professional. Do not rely on it as a substitute for qualified advice or urgent assistance.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the text you submit, the decisions you make, and how you use generated guidance. You agree not to misuse SAY., violate law, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
7. Intellectual property
SAY., its branding, software, design, training structure, original content, and related materials belong to 7vn Designs LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SAY. is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, learning outcome, fluency, or availability. 7vn Designs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of SAY.
10. Termination
We may restrict access when these Terms are violated, misuse threatens the service or others, or law requires it.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
