SAY. is provided by 7vn Designs LLC (“SAY.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the SAY. app, website, and related support services.
2. Information you provide
This may include text you enter, practice responses, settings, support messages, and information needed to process your purchase. SAY. is designed as a text-only experience and does not require microphone input, speech recognition, or AI voice output.
3. Information collected automatically
We may receive limited technical information such as device type, app version, diagnostic data, and basic usage events. Apple or other service providers may separately process purchase, crash, or distribution information under their own policies.
4. How information is used
- Provide and improve SAY.’s communication and language-training features.
- Process text requests and generate practice guidance.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
- Respond to support requests and legal obligations.
5. AI processing
Text you submit may be sent to an AI service to generate guidance, exercises, or responses. Do not submit information you do not want processed by an AI service.

We may share information with service providers that help operate SAY., when you direct us to do so, to comply with law, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, subject to legal and operational requirements. Where available, you may remove saved content using app controls. For other privacy requests, contact support.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and accounts.
9. Children
SAY. is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Your choices
You may choose what text to submit, delete available saved content, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
